Innovation Cultivation

I wrote an article recently that was featured over at The Origins Project blog called Innovation Cultivation.  In it, I contend that the role of many pastors is shifting from being the one who drives all innovation (and creativity) to one who cultivates innovation among the people of the church community.  I’d love it if you’d jump on the Origins Project and read it and share your thoughts!
