If you're looking for more literature on lifestyle change I would suggest Jillian Michaels' book, "Master your Metabolism". It's got lots of good info about how WHAT we eat (rather than how much) can effect our body chemistry. I wish you the best!! Just wanted to wish you the best in this endeavor. What's so great about last weekend....and I don't say this all the time....but it felt like all of that was just for me! I am sure so many other people felt that way too! I have been a believer all my life, but when you really hear God calling you, WOW! It's been an awesome mark on my journey! So glad that you are part of the Orchard family now. Our family has been going there for almost 2 years now and man has it made all the difference in our move here! We love it and the place it puts our hearts as we journey down the road! Looking forward to seeing you at the Orchard! Hope your week has been awesome, I am sure it has after being a part of all you were! Oh, and this letter is so precious!
